Capital Contractors, an 85-year-old industry leader in commercial cleaning and facility services, is hiring for an operational Account Manager in the Bronx, Westchester NY We are looking for a customer focused individual, committed to building strong and successful partnerships with both our customers and our contractors, through our managed services program.

Key Responsibilities:
· Successfully launching and maintaining client accounts
· Completing regular service inspections of client locations and tracking and resolving issues.
· Identifying and selling additional services to our existing clients
· Must be willing to work some nights and weekends to ensure successful service execution
· Must maintain and update customer records in our CRM.

Skills & Experience required:
· PLUS: Commercial Cleaning or Facility Services Experience
· PLUS: Bilingual in English and Spanish
· Customer Service Skills
· Time Management Skills
· Proactive and self-motivated
· Reliable transportation to navigate territory
